Refund Policy

We will do everything we can to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your TechGuru experience. If you change your mind or decide you don’t need our tech support services prior to services being provided, notify us within 5 days of purchase and request to cancel your order for a refund. If you signed up for a recurring tech support plan, then cancellation will take place prior to the next billing period. TechGuru does not offer partial or pro-rated refunds. In the unlikely event that our expert couldn’t resolve your problem or our fix didn’t work, call us back within 5 days of service delivery so we can either try to resolve your problem again at no cost to you or provide you a full refund for the purchase price.
